Accessing Settings

Open Dashboard

Click your avatar in the top right corner

Select Settings

Choose Settings from the dropdown

Profile Settings

Basic Information

Your profile shows:

Updating Profile

  • Display Name: Your preferred name shown in the dashboard
  • Profile syncs automatically from Discord
  • To change avatar/username, update in Discord

Notification Settings

Email Notifications

Configure which emails you receive:

Managing Notifications

Go to Notifications

Settings → Notifications

Toggle Categories

Enable/disable notification types

Save Changes

Changes apply immediately

Theme Settings

Dark/Light Mode

Changing Theme

  1. Go to Settings → Appearance
  2. Select your preferred theme
  3. Theme applies immediately
Use the keyboard shortcut to quickly toggle theme (shown in Settings).

Language Settings

Supported Languages

The dashboard is available in:
  • English
  • Deutsch (German)
  • Español (Spanish)
  • Français (French)
  • Nederlands (Dutch)
  • Português (Portuguese)
  • Русский (Russian)

Changing Language

Go to Settings

Settings → Language

Select Language

Choose from the dropdown

Page reloads in new language
Bot messages to users use a separate language setting configured per-server (18 languages available).

Command Palette

The command palette (Ctrl/Cmd + K) lets you:
  • Navigate to any page
  • Search tickets
  • Run quick actions
  • Access settings

Privacy Settings

Data Controls

Export Your Data

Request a full export of your TicketCord data:
  1. Go to Settings → Privacy
  2. Click Export My Data
  3. Receive email when ready
  4. Download within 7 days

Delete Account

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All bots, tickets, and data are permanently deleted.
To delete your account:
  1. Go to Settings → Privacy → Danger Zone
  2. Click Delete My Account
  3. Read the confirmation message
  4. Type your username to confirm
  5. Click Delete Permanently

Session Management

Active Sessions

View where you’re signed in:
  • Browser/device type
  • Location (approximate)
  • Last active time
  • Current session indicator

Signing Out

  • This device: Click Sign Out in profile menu
  • All devices: Settings → Security → Sign Out Everywhere

Connected Services

Discord Connection

Your Discord account is the primary authentication:
  • Cannot be changed (sign in with different account to switch)
  • Permissions requested during sign-in
  • Revoke access in Discord settings if needed

Revoking Access

To disconnect TicketCord from Discord:
  1. Go to Discord → User Settings → Authorized Apps
  2. Find TicketCord
  3. Click Deauthorize
Revoking Discord access will sign you out of TicketCord but won’t delete your data.

Billing Settings

Access billing from Settings or Profile menu:
  • View current plan
  • Manage subscription
  • Update payment method
  • View invoices
